CypherYard Live expects users to submit only content they own or are authorized to use. A rights holder may send a notice identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature. CypherYard may remove or restrict material while reviewing a claim and may terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices must contain information required by applicable law.
