Data Policy

CypherYard Live stores data necessary for accounts, purchases, access entitlements, policy acceptances, music-rights proof, battle and tournament administration, chat moderation, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Retention depends on operational, contractual, security, and legal needs. Deletion requests may not erase records that must be retained for payment, audit, safety, dispute, or legal reasons. Administration should use backups, role-based permissions, secure passwords, protected storage, and the built-in Safe Update Center.
