Music Rights and Submission Policy

A user submitting music must own or control the master recording and composition rights or possess sufficient written authorization. The user is responsible for producer and beat licenses, writer and publisher permissions, featured-artist approvals, sample and interpolation clearances, artwork and likeness rights, and contractual obligations. The user grants CypherYard Live the limited permission necessary to receive, store, stream during authorized live platform activity, promote, display, moderate, and administer the submission. False rights claims may lead to removal, payment or prize holds, suspension, indemnity claims, and legal review.
