Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unless a written offer or applicable law states otherwise, digital access, Paid Yard upgrades, battle or tournament entries, Fan Judge access, sponsor placements, promotional services, and other digital services are generally final after access is granted, an entry is reviewed, placement work begins, or a live event starts. A canceled event may be rescheduled, credited, or refunded at administration's discretion, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Billing disputes should be submitted promptly through the platform process.
