User Agreement

Each user is responsible for accurate account information, a secure password, and activity performed through the account. Users consent to electronic records, notices, clickwrap acceptance, and transaction confirmations. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared to bypass access rules. Registration records the active policy versions, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and an audit hash. Users must review updated policies when prompted.
